Breaking Through the Bottleneck of Low-Flow Waste Heat Recovery! Our Company Supports the Circulating Water Pump Project at Sinochem Chongqing Fuling

Recently, the steam turbine unit for the combined heat and power dual-drive system, designed, manufactured, and delivered by our company for the circulating water pump at Sinochem Chongqing Fuling Co., Ltd., has successfully passed the performance assessment and the full-process inspection for project acceptance. It has now been officially delivered to the client for operation.

**Project Value: Small-Scale Waste Heat Can Also Be "Turned into Treasure"**

In many industrial settings, low-flow steam waste heat is often discarded due to its "small volume and difficulty in utilization." This project serves as a benchmark case for the efficient recovery of low-flow saturated steam waste heat. By precisely capturing small-scale waste heat resources through the turbine unit, previously "unusable" low-flow steam is converted into power to drive circulating water pumps, achieving "micro-scale, high-efficiency utilization" of waste heat resources.

**Core Information of the Unit**

**Applicable Working Condition:** Low-flow saturated steam waste heat
**Key Parameters:** Inlet steam pressure 0.7 MPa, temperature 170°C, flow rate 5.15 T/h

**Technical Advantages:** Customized high-efficiency design featuring **"high rotational speed + high reaction degree"**, perfectly tailored to the recovery requirements of low-flow waste heat. Post-operation, the equipment demonstrates stable and reliable performance.

This successful project conclusion owes much to the trust placed in us by our clients and the robust technical expertise of our team. It represents not only the delivery of a project but also another tangible validation of our capability to implement technology in the niche field of "specialized waste heat recovery."

Moving forward, we will continue to delve into the specific scenarios of industrial energy conservation. With more tailored solutions, we aim to help our clients transform "idle waste heat" into tangible economic benefits, advancing steadily together on the path toward "Dual Carbon" goals through energy efficiency and performance enhancement.
