It has successfully addressed the issues of working fluid leakage and high operational costs.

The Henan Xinlianxin urea synthesis high-pressure water ORC project is equipped with a patented product from Boxu New Energy—the magnetic suspension ORC turbine-generator integrated unit. By leveraging technological innovation, the project aims to solve user challenges, tackle industry pain points, and set a new benchmark for industrial waste heat utilization.

Tackling Key Challenges: Magnetic Levitation Units Replace Traditional Oil Bearing Units, Achieving "Zero Leakage" of Working Fluid**

This project has made a breakthrough by adopting magnetic levitation ORC units to completely replace the traditional oil bearing units originally used by the owner. Leveraging the non-contact and frictionless characteristics of magnetic levitation technology, it has successfully achieved "zero leakage" of the organic working fluid. This fundamentally resolves the long-standing issues of significant working fluid loss and high replenishment costs associated with traditional units, saving the user substantial annual operation and maintenance expenses.

 

Technological Innovation: Dual-Unit Series Configuration Maximizes Waste Heat Utilization

As an innovative practice in the ORC field, the project is the first to adopt a series configuration of two 650kW magnetic levitation units. This design precisely matches the heat gradient of urea synthesis high-pressure water, enabling exhaustive and highly efficient utilization of waste heat resources. It elevates the energy conversion efficiency of high-pressure water to a new industry benchmark.

Enhanced Operational Experience: Maintenance-Free + Unattended Operation Reduces Operational Costs

Compared to traditional oil-bearing units, Boxu's magnetic levitation ORC units offer advantages such as simplified start-stop procedures, full lifecycle maintenance-free operation, and support for unattended functionality. Green Benefits: Annual Power Generation of 7.2 Million kWh, Reducing Nearly 4,106 Tons of CO2 Emissions
The project achieves an annual cumulative net power generation of 7.2 million kWh, equivalent to saving 1,544 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 4,106 tons each year. While creating significant economic value for users, it also supports their green development goals of energy conservation and carbon reduction.
