Boomtec’s first waste heat steam project delivered Successfully

This project is the first boiler project undertaken by Boomtec. The owner's original two boilers can't meet the energy-saving and carbon reduction demand due to the prolonged use time, high energy consumption, low conversion rate, etc. After both sides decide to cooperate, the arrival of the new boilers, installation, and debugging should be seamlessly connected according to the owner's boiler dismantling time.
Before the old boiler is removed
The demolition of the old boiler was launched on April 9, 2024. As of May 14, we had completed the first waste heat boiler's overall hydraulic test successfully and passed the National Inspection Institute (NII) 's acceptance. On August 22, the second waste heat boiler's hydraulic test was completed successfully with the joint efforts of the relevant colleagues in the project. So far, the zinc industry preheating boiler project has been accepted successfully and delivered to the owner!
This project, from the uncertain dismantling time to the factory installation and commissioning and finally acceptance, reflects Boomtec's strong achievement in project delivery ability.
