Song Benshuai of Boxu New Energy delivered a special speech on the application of Boxu innovative turbine series in the field of chemical energy conservation, and shared the company's cutting-edge technology and successful practices in related fields.

Our energy station system covers industrial steam turbine power station system, industrial ORC power station system, geothermal ammonia power generation system, cold energy ORC power generation system, special gas back pressure power generation system, and liquefied gas energy storage system. In order to adapt to different types of energy station systems, Boxu has independently developed and established two types of turbine product lines: special gas turbines and high-efficiency steam turbines. Applicable gas media include water vapor, refrigerant, carbon dioxide, ammonia, hydrogen, natural gas, etc. Models include centripetal turbines, axial turbines, maglev turbine generators, maglev expansion compressors, etc. The company has set up R&D teams in Xi'an and Nantong, and established product supporting production plants in Xi'an and Qingzhou, Shandong.

In his speech, Song Benshuai focused on the application advantages of Boxu innovative turbine series in chemical energy saving. Taking Guizhou Qianxi Chemical Project as an example, in February 2025, the Guizhou Qianxi Chemical Gasification Black Water Flash Negative Pressure Steam Waste Heat Utilization Project, which was invested, designed and supplied by Boxu New Energy, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation. In view of the working conditions of high humidity, corrosive, impurity steam and large fluctuations in steam load of saturated steam, the project successfully applied the special turbine technology of Boxu New Energy with the advantages of water erosion resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. By using the steam from the hot water flash evaporation of the gasification plant to drive the steam turbine generator set to generate electricity, the efficient recovery of low-grade waste heat is realized, which provides strong support for the enterprise to "save energy, reduce consumption, reduce costs and increase efficiency".

Boxu New Energy has been focusing on technology research and development, and constantly making breakthroughs and innovations. Previously, the "750kW ORC Integrated Magnetic Levitation Permanent Magnet Synchronous Turbo Expansion Generator Set" developed by the company has overcome some of the technical defects of the traditional ORC expander through the integration of centripetal turbine technology, magnetic bearing technology and high-speed permanent magnet generator technology, and the comprehensive performance of the product has reached the international advanced level.
