Solve industry problems and unleash resource potential
The original production process section of Yihua, Inner Mongolia, produced about 10 tons of saturated steam per hour with a gauge pressure of 5kPa and was forced to vent because it could not be directly utilized, which not only caused waste of energy, but also formed a white plume. In response to the pain point of this industry, Boxu New Energy innovatively adopts the self-developed N0.66-0.11 ultra-low pressure steam turbine generator set to overcome the technical bottleneck of efficient recovery of micro-pressure and low-temperature (102°C) saturated steam, and successfully builds a closed-loop system of "waste heat power generation + resource recovery".
Double benefits highlight and set an industry benchmark
After the project is put into operation, it will generate 660kW·h of electricity per hour, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 4,000 tons per year, and simultaneously recover 10 tons/hour of high-purity demineralized water for production and recycling. By eliminating the "white smoke" emitted by vapor, it helps enterprises meet new environmental standards. This innovative practice, which has both economic benefits and environmental protection value, provides a replicable solution for micro-pressure waste heat recovery and "whitening" treatment in the coal chemical industry.
The person in charge of the relevant project said: "The annual efficiency of the project exceeds 3 million yuan, and it truly achieves a win-win situation of environmental and economic benefits."
