Appreciation of Typical Cases of Esterification Steam Waste Heat Utilization

At present, the abundant waste heat resources generated in the industrial production process in our country generally have low utilization rates and huge waste. Boomtec New Energy closely follows the development direction of national strategic emerging industries and vigorously develops key core technologies such as resource recovery and recycling. Two mature process packages have been developed and successfully applied for the utilization of polyester waste heat generated in the production process of the chemical fiber industry. In the two polyester waste heat utilization projects of Boomtec New Energy, a chemical fiber enterprise with an annual spinning capacity of 250000 tons used for the first time the independently developed national high-end equipment manufacturing key field first (set) product -650kW ORC integrated magnetic levitation permanent magnet synchronous turbine expansion generator set. This unit is currently the largest single machine power magnetic levitation permanent magnet synchronous integrated generator in China and even the world, filling the domestic gap!

Multidimensional development brings new achievements to Boomtec

Our company's recent project, the Esterification Steam Turbine Waste Heat Power Generation Project, has been successfully delivered for grid connection after 72 hours of safe operation with the cooperation of various departments. The esterification steam waste heat power generation project is the first esterification steam turbine project of Boomtec, laying the foundation for our ORC and turbine dual wheel drive strategy. At the same time, this project also makes us the only company in the domestic market with dual performance in ORC and steam turbines in the same process segment.

Good news from waste incineration power generation project

Boomtec has completed the industrial layout of maglev expanders and officially entered the global special expander market

The first batch of esterification steam ORC maglev integrated machine models put into operation are the largest commercial maglev integrated unit in the world, representing the highest level in China. Boomtec is also the only company in China that can fully grasp and mass produce core technologies such as magnetic bearings, high-speed permanent magnet generators, and large turbine machinery. Since its operation, this project has achieved outstanding efficiency and advantages, and has received inspections from multiple batches and owners of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, listed companies, and foreign-funded enterprises. It has received praise and new business orders.
